Guardian is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Daleville, VA! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of assigned facilities, including floors, restrooms, and common areas
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with proper procedures
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate personnel
- Use cleaning equipment and chemical products safely and according to guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Must be located in or able to commute to Daleville, VA
