Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including floors, restrooms, and common spaces
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap as needed
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and according to scheduled timelines
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Must be able to work in Covington, VA
