Guardian is looking for a dependable and hardworking Route Cleaner to join our growing team in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties along an assigned route of commercial or residential locations
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company guidelines
- Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap at each stop
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper working condition
- Complete route on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
- Ability to follow a route schedule independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required
- Ability to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed
- Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic
